Located in desirable and historic Erwin Park, Montclair, this property was a relic that was renovated to modernize its former glory. The small neighborhood of Erwin Park features tree-lined streets accentuated by old-time homes and lush lawns.  The client brought RTH into look at their existing layout as they had an awkwardly spaced kitchen, no mudroom, and an unfinished basement.  RTH put together plans for the clients and they happily gave the team the greenlight to completely transform their space.  The end result was a high-end designer kitchen with a  stunning dining area and mudroom in the back of the residence.  The clients also opted to renovate two other bathrooms in the home as well as a third floor laundry.  Finally the basement received a full overhaul with a gym, bathroom and entertainment center.
