Built for a family of four in the heart of Montclair, the Sloane Transitional was RTH’s first custom project. Designed and built for a close friend, the Sloane Transitional captures the classic comforts of home with a modern twist. The Sloane Transitional was built on top of its existing foundation, but with a small addition, the original layout was transformed to accommodate the luxuries of a contemporary home. The home’s series of roof pediments and elongated windows create a stylish, linear facade, complementing the foundation’s stone veneer.
