A unique opportunity for RTH allowed us to transform this carriage house (an outbuilding in the backyard of the client’s actual home that was initially utilized as a space to store horse-drawn carriages) that was unused and operated as a simple storage space. We collaborated with our client and project architect to create an entertainment space that includes a golf simulator, new fireplace, TV viewing area, a new bar, new bathroom, and separate game room for ping pong.
