Perched high atop the hills in Montclair, Willow Contemporary was purchased as a classic center hall Colonial. The home boasted a large great room with vaulted ceilings, as well as more classic trim profiles and details. However, RTH’s clients had a different vision for this outdated home. With Californian roots, the clients had a vision for a more contemporary home, with clean lines, neutral tones, and large windows to accentuate the beautiful views of New York City. RTH has recently completed a full gut renovation of this home, transforming it into a luxurious modern abode.
