Will has been professionally immersed in the field of construction as a carpenter, supervisor, or project manager since high school. At RTH, he manages the day to day operations of a variety of tasks, from conception to completion of each build.

Developing plans, solving problems, and seeing results in real-time are gratifying aspects of each job for Will. With in-depth knowledge of all phases of residential construction and PMP guidelines, his oversight is an asset to every project.

Daily, Will handles quality control, workflow coordination, and task scheduling for RTH team members and subcontractors. With an impeccable standard for excellence and intuitive sense for design, his oversight is an asset to each new home RTH creates.
