Ryan Hodgson brings a matchless depth of knowledge and commitment to each project RTH takes on.

With two decades of experience, Ryan’s expertise was forged in the Manhattan luxury residential market. In 2006, he returned to found RTH Building Company in his homeland of Northern New Jersey.

Early in his career, Ryan achieved mastery in construction management at Bovis Lend Lease, one of the world’s leading project management and construction companies. He further refined his skills in luxury residential projects throughout Manhattan.

The demands of the New York City market sharpened Ryan’s techniques and attuned him to the details that make for overall excellence. He gleaned that what’s behind the walls is just as important as the surface finishes. This inside-out perfectionism is a hallmark of RTH homes.

Passionate about the communities and lifestyle in Northern New Jersey, Ryan has become a trusted source for the highest quality renovations and new builds in the area. Many of RTH’s clientele arrive via word-of-mouth through the recommendation of other satisfied clients.

Ryan manages all RTH business operations and personally oversees every project. His down-to-earth demeanor makes for a smooth, connected building process start to finish.
