Located just minutes away from downtown Ridgewood, this custom residence sits on one of Ridgewood’s main thoroughfares, boasting a plethora of grand, historic homes. The clients came to RTH with the dream of building their home in the suburbs.  Coming from city-life, they were in search of space, privacy, walking distance to a downtown, and access to the city via the train. After working with RTH and the architect, the clients set out to build a 5,400 square foot home that blended a historic feel with modern features. The end result was a stunning residence that boasts a blend of white-painted cedar clapboard siding and cedar shingles.
