With a home as rich in history and character as this one, the clients were looking to keep that historic integrity, but modernize some of their most commonly used spaces – namely the master bathroom and the kitchen, dining and living spaces. By the renovation’s end, RTH Building Co. had completely transformed the feel of this old historic home.  The new addition held a large, sun-filled living and dining room, adjacent to a stunning kitchen with soaring ceilings, cerused wood cabinets, stunning white stone, and a high-end appliance package. The rest of the home matched this elegant feel with a full overhaul of the interior of the home.
