Knowing it would need a complete interior and exterior renovation, they could not help but fall in love with the original Colonial facade and location. The clients specified a modern, NYC feel to the overall style, which ended up being a fun collaboration between traditional and contemporary. This NYC inspired Colonial home is now modern, chic, and openhearted. With modern décor and a simple color palette, this family home has space and maturity. The expansive floor plan allows for entertaining and the beautiful French doors in the eating area lead right out to the backyard for additional space. This classic Colonial turned into a gorgeous home with stylistic elements of NYC, all because the client could foresee the incredible potential.
