This 1929 center hall colonial is located right in the heart of Montclair. RTH Building Company happily signed on to greatly expand the first floor, add a small addition on the second floor, and redo the layout of the prior bedrooms. The renovation created more room to entertain with friends and family on the first floor, and more spacious sleeping quarters on the second floor.
